Had a great night last night at Gemelles restuarant celebrating Chris Groucutt’s retirement. Chris is the Science departments lab assistant and is one of Carey’s longest serving staff members. The number of staff attending last night was a tribute to how highly regarded Chris is to the Carey community. It was also fantastic to see a lots of ex Science teachers return for the night and relive many memorable Science momments!
God bless Chris, you will be greatly missed.
Seussical tickets went on sale on Monday morning and are selling like hotcakes! The uniform shop was nearly overwhelmed by the amount of sales they did in the first day. For those families new to the school – a Carey musical is not to be missed and this one is no exception. Join in the fun and book your seats now!
